How does it work?

Type your message on our site, add who it’s for and their mailing address, and pay $10. We handwrite it, seal it, and hand it to USPS — usually the same or next business day.

How much does it cost?

A single real letter is $10, including paper, envelope, postage, and USPS tracking. Bulk mail merge starts at $8 per letter (50+) and $6 per letter (500+).

How long does delivery take?

Most letters arrive in 3–5 business days within the U.S. You get a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

Can I send to many people at once?

Yes. Upload a CSV with names, addresses, and personalized fields and we’ll send individually real letters to your whole list — perfect for wedding thank-yous, donor letters, and client outreach.

Is my message private?

Completely. Your message is used only to write your letter and is never shared. We handle every order with the same care you’d expect from sending personal mail.
