Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SentInstantly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SentInstantly provides a handwriting-style print-and-mail service. You write a message (or upload a list), pay securely via Stripe, and we print your letter in a handwriting-style script and mail it with postage — at the price shown before you pay. Flat and tracked orders and Certified letters include a free tracking number; $3 letters come with an email the day they are mailed. Bulk letters are mailed USPS First-Class without tracking.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card information. Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice; your total is displayed before you finalize payment. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount.

4. Order Processing & No Cancellation

Orders are processed immediately upon payment — a First-Class or Certified letter is sent to print, and a flat and tracked letter gets its shipping label and enters the print queue, as soon as your payment clears. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once payment is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SentInstantly to send unsolicited bulk mail; harassing, threatening, or illegal content; content infringing third-party rights; or anything violating applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion; if we reject an order before processing, payment is refunded.

6. Your Content & Privacy

Content you provide is stored on access-controlled infrastructure we operate, with letter files on AWS-managed storage that is encrypted at rest. A letter or recipient list nobody pays for is deleted within about two days, and file uploads that never reach checkout within about 6 hours; a paid order's content (your letter's words, files and any recipient list) is deleted automatically about 30 days after delivery (never more than 90 days after payment), or sooner on request. You retain all rights to your content; by submitting it, you grant us a limited license to reproduce and mail it solely to fulfill your order.

7. Delivery

Flat and tracked orders and Certified letters include a free tracking number; $3 letters come with an email the day they are mailed. Delivery time depends on the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost mail, or delivery failures beyond our control once the mail piece is accepted by the carrier.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware.

10. Changes
