Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SentInstantly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SentInstantly provides a handwriting-style print-and-mail service. You write a message (or upload a list), pay securely via Stripe, and we handwrite your letter on premium stationery, seal, stamp, and mail it via USPS with tracking — for a flat fee.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card information. Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice; your total is displayed before you finalize payment. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount.

4. Order Processing & No Cancellation

Orders are processed immediately upon payment — a USPS shipping label is purchased the moment your payment clears, and your letter enters the queue. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once payment is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SentInstantly to send unsolicited bulk mail; harassing, threatening, or illegal content; content infringing third-party rights; or anything violating applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion; if we reject an order before processing, payment is refunded.

6. Your Content & Privacy

Content you provide is stored securely (AES-256) and deleted within 24 hours of order completion. You retain all rights to your content; by submitting it, you grant us a limited license to reproduce and mail it solely to fulfill your order.

7. Delivery

We mail via USPS, typically arriving in 3–5 business days, with a tracking number for every order. We are not responsible for USPS delays, lost mail, or delivery failures beyond our control once the mail piece is accepted by USPS.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware.

10. Changes
