SentInstantly (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use sentinstantly.com.

2. Information We Collect

  • Email address — provided when you place an order, used to send your tracking number and confirmation.
  • Recipient address — the mailing address you provide for us to deliver your letter.
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your card number.
  • Message & uploads — the content you write or upload, used only to produce your letter and deleted within 24 hours of order completion.
  • Usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar analytics collected via Google Analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Fulfill your handwriting-style print-and-mail order
  • Send you a USPS tracking number
  • Respond to customer service inquiries
  • Improve our service through aggregate analytics
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Message & File Security

Your privacy is paramount. Content is stored securely (AES-256 encryption at rest) and automatically deleted within 24 hours of order completion. We do not read, sell, or share your message contents.

5. Payments

All payments are handled by Stripe (we never store card data). Stripe’s privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, via cookies that collect anonymous usage data; we do not enable remarketing or advertising features. We may use a Meta Pixel for conversion measurement.

7. Third-Party Providers

  • Amazon Web Services — infrastructure & storage
  • Stripe — payments
  • Shippo / USPS — shipping & tracking

8. Data Retention

  • Message & uploads — deleted within 24 hours of completion
  • Order & tax records — retained 7 years for legal compliance
  • Analytics — per Google Analytics settings (14 months)

9. Your Rights

  • Request a copy of personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion (subject to legal retention obligations)
  • Opt out of marketing communications

10. Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
