Refunds. Your letters never expire. Within 90 days of buying them, you can ask for a refund of the ones you haven’t used: we refund what you paid, minus the letters you’ve already sent at their regular price ($3 a letter, $11 Certified, $15 for a flat & tracked mailing up to 30 pages). If what’s left is worth less than $15 at what you paid, we’ll refund it any time you ask. No fees. To ask, reply to any of our emails or call (302) 591-7771.
